About Us
Saha Tokyu Corporation Company Limited "the Company" is a joint venture company between Tokyu Corporation in Japan and the leading consumer goods manufacturing conglomerate in Thailand, the Saha Group.
The company was established on 1 October 2014 with a registered capital of Baht 332 million. At present, the company has a registered capital of Baht 792 million.
The company started to construct and operate a rental housing business targeting Japanese residents in Sri Racha District of Thailand. The company provides total of 180 units to residents consisting mainly Japanese residents and their families by utilizing Tokyu Corporation's community building know-how and the networks of Sri Racha's Saha Group as our 1st project in Thailand which has run operation since 1 December 2015.
We are presently engaged in the development of residential housing, serviced apartment and condominium. We are focused on delivering high quality, best housing property and service for Japanese and family in Sri Racha, Chonburi and Bangkok Thailand.
The headquarter of Japanese mother company, Tokyu Corporation was founded on September 2, 1922 as Meguro-Kamata Railway Company in Japan.
Tokyu Corporation is principally engaged various types of business that support daily life. These businesses are organized in four segments- the Transportation Business, Real Estate Business, Life Service Business and Hotel and Resort Business.
