Job Description:

·       Resolving incidents and service requests promptly, managing the devices and installing and configuring approved software. Ensure devices remain secure, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards.

·       Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems in meeting/conference rooms, including video conferencing devices. Ensure seamless operation of equipment during meetings and provide on-demand support as needed.

·       Provide basic network and connectivity troubleshooting, including VPN issues, Wi-Fi, and general network access problems.

·       Managing accounts in Active Direction, ensuring compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

·       Coordinate with external agencies under the responsibility of the department.

·        Other IT tasks as assigned

Qualifications: 

·       Thai Nationality Male/Female

·       Age : 24 Years old or over.

·       Bachelor's degree in information Technology or a related field.

·       Language English Good communication skills.

·       Skill Computer Proficiency in desktop operation systems (Window Understanding of basic network technologies.

·       Please notify : Have a habit of continuous learning and skill development.

·       Experiences 1-2 Years or over.

·       Saver service and management, IT support and help desk, Network support and management knowledge of Active Directory.

·       Special Qualification Background if any : Power App or Power Automate development.
